This is high quality frosted and clear crystal parakeet figurine by Nachtmann – Germany.
Measuring 11 cm in height and 6 cm across the widest point of the base the figurine is in excellent condition bearing no chips, cracks or repair and is etched on the base 'Nachtmann' and also carries a 'Nachtmann' Label.
Fine Glassmaker Michael Nachtmann founded F.X . Nachtmann in 1834 producing fine Bavarian Crystal. The company was taken over in 2004 by the Austrian company Riedel which now carries the name and brand of Nachtmann.
