This Royal Krona Bird Paperweight is in excellent condition bearing no chips, cracks or scratches.
The paperweight weighs 426 grams and is 3.5 inches (9 cm) in height, 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) in width and 1 inch (2.5 cm) in depth. Royal Krona RK is etched on the bottom of the paperweight together with design number 99162.
Between 1975 and 1977 Royal Krona became a joint company of the glassworks in Skruf, Gullaskruf, Åseda, Björkshult, and Målerås. They produced innovative glass items but Royal Krona closed in 1977 due to bankruptcy.
